Shipping policy

At this time, we are no longer shipping regular orders to the United States. We are sorry for the inconvenience. We do value our American clients, and if you would like to place an order for a specific item please reach out to us via email and we can explore our DDP options. As the tariff situation develops, we will continue to keep our American clients up-to-date regarding our US shipping policy.

Shipping charges are non-refundable.

Flavour Fashion is not responsible for lost or stolen packages. If you would like us to ship with a method that requires a signature, please let us know in advance. You will be responsible for the additional fee.

International clients: the customer is responsible for any additional charges incurred at the time of import, including duties and taxes.

Return shipping charges are incurred by the client.

Returns must be sent by domestic mail service (Canadian residents use Canada Post and international residents use their domestic postal services). Parcels cannot be returned C.O.D. or with a courier service (i.e. FedEx, UPS etc.).

At this time, we do not accept any returns or exchanges for product shipped to the United States.

Clients must fully insure return parcel and provide a Postal Service tracking number.

Flvr will not refund international duties and taxes.

Flvr will not accept liability for shipping loss or damage of return goods. We will not assume responsibility for reimbursement of parcels without proof of delivery.

Flvr reserves the right to reject returns that do not comply with policy.
