Refund policy

We offer exchange or store credit on any unworn merchandise returned by mail in its original condition and packaging within 14 days of initial receipt. We do not offer refunds. All SALE product is final sale and is not able to be exchanged or returned for store credit. 

Order Cancellations: all cancelled orders will have a 4% processing fee deducted from their refund.


How do I process a return or exchange?

Please reach out to us by email at flavourfashion@gmail.com with your order number and the items you wish to return or exchange.
We will provide you with a return authorization and specific shipping instructions. For returns, once we receive the item or items we will issue you with a store credit equal to the value of your item/items. For exchanges, you will be issued an invoice for cost of shipping the new item. Once this invoice is paid your replacement item/items will be dispatched.

Returns must be sent by domestic mail service (Canadian residents use Canada Post and international residents use their domestic postal services). Parcels cannot be returned C.O.D. or with a courier service (i.e. FedEx, UPS etc.).

At this time, we do not accept returns or exchanges for product shipped to the United States.

No parcels returned without prior authorization will be accepted.

Flavour will not accept liability for shipping loss or damage of return goods. We will not assume responsibility for reimbursement of parcels without proof of delivery to Flavour.

Flavour reserves the right to reject returns that do not comply with policy.
