Our Story

Founded in 1999 on the simple principle of delivering a world-class streetwear and skate retail experience to a small Canadian town, Flavour has since grown into one of the longest running independent streetwear spaces in Canada.

Mike Watt, owner and operator of Flavour, has since opened several other shops in Peterborough, Ontario. Providence, in the historic Commerce Building in downtown Peterborough, opened its doors in 2018 and provides high-end heritage menswear and footwear with a focus on craft, history, and intention. Save Our Soles provides Peterborough with a curated selection of women’s wear with an emphasis on style and impact. 

We here at Flavour are proud of what we’ve been able to build, and we are incredibly humbled by your continued support over the decades. Streetwear has come a long way in Canada since the 90s, and we’re excited to see where it goes.
